at Waters Edge Resort is open from 9am until 5pm, check in from 2pm until 5pm, after hour check in until 9pm is available, please contact the hotel prior to arrange, check in later than 9pm is not possible. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge for payments made with American Express credit cards. Please note that the property requires a $200 credit card pre-authorization at time of check-in to cover any incidental charges or damage to the property. Please note if traveling for school graduation or commonly known as "Schoolies", a parent is required to stay the entire duration, specific house rules apply. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
