The location was very convenient

The heating system didn't work properly. Management gonir going but then later it didn't work and another space heater was brought in that did work. But in the morning the fridge was warm and the microwave didn't work. Electrical system obviously needs a lot of work. Unacceptable! When I told management about it she said they'd give us a $100 credit. I accepted that. Turns out that they credited us for the whole amount of about $235

Location and knowledgeable host

Rooms are dated and need to be renovated. Wish there was a kettle so I could of made my own coffee

Good location for ferry, 3 min walk. Subway sandwich right across the street. Very comfortable mattress.
