"Could be a very nice place to stay, cheap too, but needs maintenance/clean-up"

staff very friendly, room appearance not bad but with a paint job could be class-A

wanted downstairs rooms, not available. Toilets running downstairs was reason we couldn't get a downstairs room. Requested close to elevator or stairs... no luck, no elevator either.

No nonsense, safe area, close access to services, large room, has everything you need, clean, comfortable, not fancy but great for a night or two of sleep. For the practical, non-snob in you.

Highway noise is there but didn’t keep us up. Yard lights are bright, some seeps into the room at night.

I normally stay in hotels but due to the Tech game the rates skyrocketed and I couldn’t afford to stay in a hotel in Lubbock. I was hesitant to stay at this inn but the reviews were good so I did. I was NOT disappointed! It was a surprisingly good stay! The room was clean and the staff was super friendly!

Somewhat reasonable price

Poor lighting in room and towels were thin and small They told us breakfast was included but there was only coffee and juice, maybe cold cereal
