Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Anniston Area

The front desk associate, Imani, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. It was a real pleasure for coming from being on the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trail to checkin at the Hampton Inn. She definitely made me feel at home. To upper corporate management, please recognize the outstanding quality of service that Imani provides to your team. It’s only because of good folks like her that make me want to come back.

Very nice property. But all hotel prices are now ridiculously high

Everything was great until I found out an hour before check out that there was not hot water. As such, I paid full price for a room where I could not take a hot shower. Due to time constraints, I could not change rooms. However, when I let the gal working the front desk know, upon check-out - there was a group of ladies in the lobby that overheard my conversation - they too were without water.

Breakfast was AMAZING!

All around great. Exactly what I wanted at the time.

This property is having water issues, no hot water, guests had to be shuffled to other rooms to shower, if the room does have hot water, it is barely warm. There was hair all over the shower wall from the previous guest and hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was sweet.
