The shower was disgusting. It was NOT clean. The hotel was dated in the rooms. The lobby was updated. We would not stay there again.

Didn’t get to check in. I made a reservation for a different city. Had to pay 96. To cancel the incorrect reservation. Expedia uses deceptive advertising. I thought I was getting a great deal on a reservation, instead I got a reservation I couldn’t use and had to pay too much for nothing!!! Hampton Inn could have moved the reservation to the right place but chose not to.

Very nice room, Receptionists were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food.

Bathroom sink hot water took a long time to heat up and sometimes it didn't at all. However the shower was very good.

We overall enjoyed our stay but I would say the shampoo and bodywash pump bottes were a great idea. Although, the bodywash would not lather and the shampoo wasn't great either. We would return with our own personal wash and shampoo.

Staff was nice, housekeeping/groundkeeper were working hard to keep the place looking sharp. Only complaints are there was not a fan in our bathroom so the steam from the shower set off the smoke detector and no fan in gym. Overall, a nice stay for a night!
