This property is an older one, but well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, which is within easy walking distance to downtown Ashland shopping and plays, and is conveniently located near grocery shopping and restaurants. The value for the accommodations is unbeatable!

Nice large rooms

Breakfast was lacking. Not enough hot choices. First morning orange juice was flavored water and coffee was barely warm. Jelly was not by bread and butter but by coffee. In general layout was poorly organized. Staff the first morning was not attentive. Staff second morning was very friendly and helpful.
