L'ensemble du personnel est sympathique , aux petits soins et très efficace. La réception est au top, vous explique le fonctionnement du spa. Le personnel du restaurant est très professionnel, vous conseille parfaitement et vous explique tous les plats avec gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Franchement c'était un super séjour!

The restaurant and bar areas were pleasant and our evening meal was good. The location of the hotel was great for motorway access

Our room wasn’t as nice as the ones shown in the photos. It was cramped and quite dark because the bathroom limited access to the window. I think this was because we were allocated disabled adapted room but this meant that the bathroom floor was wet after a shower ( there was no shower tray) and we had a sliding door on the bathroom which didn’t stay closed which made using the toilet a shared experience. It all felt a bit spartan. The carpet in the hall had seen better days.

Nous avons aimé l’accueil chaleureux d’Olivier à notre arrivée qui nous bien renseigné sur les activités. On lui en remercie beaucoup. Ainsi que l’ambiance et le décor.

Wide choices for breakfast hot or cold, excellent cheese, even a make your own pancakes machine. Bed was super comfortable and extra large. Olivier and his team were happy, courteous and very helpful especially with my appalling French. They made us welcome and the evening bar guys really made a fuss of our dog who was unused to this environment.

The weather could have been warmer . . .
