Breakfast at Monaco - Palais Boracay

The hotel location was perfect for us. On the less inhabited part of the island. The pool was amazing, and each room had a great view. The staff is very friendly. They made us feel very welcome. Cherry Mae, Earn - the front office staff were very diligent and made us feel very comfortable. The cleaning staff Ludalyn and Raphael kept the room very tidy, and any issue we had was quickly fixed. Loved staying here

Not a lot of things to dislike but a few things that can be improved on would be the availability of produce. They ran out of butter, San Miguel Pilsen beer and hash browns (which were really nice). Some of the juices were unavailable at breakfast. It became a running joke about things running out, but the staff was very remorseful and it didnt really upset us. But just things that could have made me even happier. The beach advertised is not really big but good enough to dip your feet and feel good.

Food and drink options could have been better with more available

The views are absolutely incredible (see photos) The rooms are so clean and they had everything you needed! Plenty of space and the bed was so comfortable! The staff can’t do enough for you and the food was delicious! The hotel grounds and pool area are also immaculate. It was such a quiet part of the island with the main beach and station 2 just a 5-7 minute drive away. The hotel were so helpful anytime we needed a tuk tuk to anywhere and it was incredibly easy to get one back to the hotel at the mini market at the back of station 2! You can also rent them for an hour or two (or a half day/full day) for a really reasonable price. The hotel was so quiet, we saw one other couple once the whole week!!

The amenities listed aren’t accurate. The spa is closed, pool bar is closed and a lot of things on the menus were ‘not available’. We were here for our honeymoon and if we had of known this prior to our booking, we probably would have went somewhere that had the amenities available. We know we’re out of season but it would have been better to know in advance. (See the pictures of the dining area every night, we were the only ones there) this is obviously a positive and a negative, but it was a bit boring for a young couple.

The room and the pool were very nice. The staff were very accommodating.

The aircon in the bedroom was not working and was not fixed. 80+ steps to the restaurant 100+ steps to the pool. 120 + steps to the beach. This mattered because we cancelled TWICE because my wife had a fractured hip... the steps issue was a biggie. We had to spend most of our time in the room. This was exceptionally disappointing.

Beautiful place to stay in a quiet part of the island. Excellent rooms with views of the harbour. Great pool and superb breakfast included. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle bus to mall and White's beach was very handy.

Quiet and clean

Too far from the beach area and To the D-Mall. Too tiring to go up and down to the breakfast area, not suitable for old people or with knee problem like me.
