"We enjoyed our trip to the White Mountains. The resort was mediocre."

The breakfast was fair. Nothing special. I appreciated the staff staying in contact regarding our check in. Our flight was delayed by several hours and we werenot able to check in at the previously specified time. I conracted the resort and they kept in touch until we arrived just before 1 am. I appreciated that there was a laundry facility on site.

Housekeeping didn't come when requested. My husband went to the desk for clean towels but there was a sign saying to call because they were away from the desk. He came back to the room and called about 20 minutes later and requested the towels. He was told by the clerk that he would have to come to the desk and get them then the clerk hung up!
