"Not a pleasant experience"

We were expecting queen size beds, so were pleasantly surprised to see that they were king size. However, my son's room smelled like sewage, so he had to be moved to another room. We didn't like the fact that your room key was only good for your floor. We had 3 rooms on 3 different floors, so very inconvenient. Also, room numbers were very difficult to read. Breakfast was ok, but the food was not replenished quickly enough.
