Our second stay at Kayumanis and it was even better the second time. The villa pool was in the sun and was warm all day. The sunrise breakfast on the beach was a treat. The beach bar and restaurant is in a lovely sheltered spot and all the resort restaurants have amazing food options. A driver is available to take you to local areas. I recommend asking for a mattress topper in advance if you prefer a softer bed. The complimentary massage was the best of the trip. The big pool is wonderful to lounge in too. The complimentary airport drop-off was great and the car was spacious for our extra luggage. All staff members are really helpful and lovely. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept.

The push bikes were great to have. Better maintenance would be nice - a minor point to an overall amazing stay.

Fresh fruit in villa daily. Extremely clean every where. Convenient buggy to and from beach. Closeness to beach front hotel restaurants - walkable. Delightful Indonesian breakfast. Extremely friendly staff.

Villa bedroom and lounge had very poor dim lighting. Outside shower was like a hose sticking out of the wall. Beach debris was hidden under sand and became exposed after tide went out - then raked over and hidden by sand. The quality of the Italian cooked chicken was poor. Masseuse kept sneezing and clearing her throat while massaging - so vile I got up and left. A bit tired overall and overpriced compared to other properties and upscale hotels nearby.

Je n’ai jamais séjourné dans un endroit aussi exceptionnel que Kayumanis Nusa Dua. Tout était absolument parfait : la villa d’une propreté irréprochable, le service effectué deux fois par jour, et un personnel d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité exemplaires — ils répondent à la moindre demande en moins de cinq minutes ! La piscine est chauffante qui est très important pour nager à toute heure. J’ai beaucoup voyagé, mais je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi attentionné et sincère. Grâce à toute l’équipe, j’ai passé un séjour tout simplement magnifique. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, l’endroit est splendide, paisible et parfaitement entretenu. Le restaurant est excellent, les plats sont délicieux et les prix sont comparables, voire plus abordables, que dans les autres établissements du coin. Petite anecdote : à chaque fois que je disais aux habitants ou chauffeurs que je logeais au Kayumanis, ils étaient impressionnés — c’est dire la réputation d’excellence de ce lieu. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, vous avez rendu ce voyage inoubliable. 🌺

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet établissement. Le personnel a été exemplaire, toujours souriant, aimable et très attentionné. La résidence était parfaitement propre, et la villa correspondait exactement aux photos sur Booking, ce qui est très appréciable. Le transport depuis l’aéroport et dans la région de Nusa Dua était parfaitement organisé par l’établissement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et sans stress. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, avec de belles options pour bien commencer la journee
