Low pressure in the shower, tiny gym and decor could be updated

We stayed at one of the hotel’s villas - Villa Albatroz as a family group of 7 people including grandparents and it was amazing. The views from the villa were lovely and pool was fabulous. The villa was within walking distance of some shops and restaurants and a beach. It was a great location for touring around with a hire car too. The villa was so comfortable and had great facilities including a table tennis table in the garage, various places to sit and eat, a garden barbecue, and great coastal views. The service from the hotel was outstanding- sorting our transfers and car hire, and welcoming us into the villa on arrival. We visited the hotel and swam in the sea pools and were met on arrival by the hotel manager - service was amazing and we were made to feel very welcome. Thanks to all staff. A lovely stay.

High quality hotel very close to the airport, but also overlooking the ocean with its own private sea pools. Free transfer from the airport even with a late flight.

We booked this hotel for a night because our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay for the night close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The natural pool was great and fun! The outdoor pool was also nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the service was great and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable and had a lovely view.

Понравилось всё. Тихий спокойный отель. Хорошие завтраки и ужин. Очень услужливый персонал. Реально большие номера. В номере кофемашина с капсулами, чайник, мини бар с напитками. Каждый день приносят бутылочки с водой. По вечерам разносят по номерам какие нибудь вкусности. Фантастический вид на океан. Восходы солнца можно наблюдать сидя на кресле с балкона. Для отдыха в отеле, обязательно нужна машина. 20 мин до Фуншала на машине. Большая площадь для парковки, всегда доступна.

Слабое давление воды в душе. Но это так себе проблема

The location and the room was nice. We had halfboard. Both breakfast and dinner were very delicious. The staff - everybody-, was amazing. We have been to many hotels, this was one of the best. I recommend to it everyone.

Petit établissement à taille humaine. Le personnel est vraiment adorable ( spéciale dédicace à Carolina). Très bel accès à la mer dans une gigantesque piscine d eau de mer. Chambre confortable

On est près de la route rapide et de l aéroport donc on entend un peu les atterrissages et décollage de l extérieur mais pas gênant ( les chambres sont parfaitement silencieuses.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Personal und der Service sind erstklassig. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch / Frage wurden zum Besten erfüllt. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten genutzt und sind sehr glücklich dieses Hotel ausgewählt zu haben. Das Essen war sehr hochwertig. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Abschluss auf unsere Reise in Madeira. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder! Obregado :)
