Good service. It was nice that one of the staff came to our door to see if we needed anything. Microwave and fridge in the room is always a plus. Everything was great. We were hoping for a breakfast but there was not; it really was not a big deal for us though.
No food at breakfast and service from reception was totally awful
Very accommodating staff! About 10 min drive from the airport. Not super accessible by bus. A mile walk to downtown Howard Beach. Very mellow and close to a school. Feels very safe!
What I really loved about the property was the Front desk staff. Sara and Koutina. They are New York's best ambassadors. Room 109, was recently renovated, it had a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Perfect, for late night arriving travelers like myself. A 24 hours deli/fully stocked convenient store is right across the street. Avoid using taxis from JFK. I had an awful experience with one who tried to take a longer route, I was forced to try Uber for the first time and it worked out much better than dealing with the taxi driver mentality. It is a short trip from the airport, around 9 minutes taxis hate that. Less than $24 on their meter. They like run to Manhattan which is over $65. Hopefully the econolodge woll reintroduce an airport shuttle.

The bedding is super comfy. Room is very clean. It is so much better than the Millennium Hotel at the Broadway we stayed.
Ice machine didn’t work
It was very good stay great location
No real problems during my stay, sink was dirty sprinkled water and whatever particles were there got washed away. Shower head was leaking. Besides that I got what i paid for and not bad for the night. Close to JFK airport and it had different options for eating.
