Beautifully maintained, comfortable , lovely hosts. Breakfast was superb. Cheerful but peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended

The bathroom in our room was tiny, we knew this at time of booking.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious menu options and a table buffet-credit to Rowena and Tom Modern decor with a southeast Asian twist and very welcoming

Lack of parking and would have been nicer to have nightlife within walking distance,nearest place was Leith harbour

Most everything. Hosts were great, breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh.

The shower. It's not meant for larger people. Other than that, the facilities were good.
