השירות בקבלה, פקידה בשם לנה התקשרה לחדר וטלפונים שלנו כמה וכמה פעמים והעירה אותנו מהשינה ביום שישי בשעה 23 בלילה! כדי להסדיר את התשלום! אמרה שזה הזמן היחיד עכשיו כי היא יוצאת מהמשמרת. הגעתי לקבלה מהמיטה עם פיג׳מה ביום שישי בשעה 23 בלילה למרות שהיה חדר נוסף ששולם וגם סכום כל החדר הזה כולל אשראי לפיקדון! התנהל ויכוח מאוד לא נעים ולא עינייני בדלפק הקבלה באמצע הלילה, בלי שום היגיון או סיבה
