The hotel staff were friendly, rooms was luxurious and spotless with comfy beds and it was really well situated in the centre of Bruges

I could not see that parking was not available until after I had made my booking, although there were other options nearby. The hotel lift was out of order due to a recent fire.

The location was excellent. The breakfasts were good. We were there 5 nights and there was enough variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t aware the shower area had no door .
