"Kayumani never fails to please."

This is my third time in a kayumanis property and the second on this one. It mixes privacy, space, with stunning views and river front gardens. All in all they do have one of the best services in Bali. Very personal, and all staff are super nice, helpful and smily. The default answer to anything is “certainly.”; Check out while on ur sofa, nurse delivery for my wife, or booking any activity: Yes for all with a smile.

The 24 hour butler service has deteriorated a little, due to busy season. Also, canopy bed shades had a little dust in them.

Highly recommend this Ubud gem! The deluxe villa was spacious, private and comfortable - with every little detail thought of. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Will definitely return!

We thought that our stay was exceptional, the Villa itself was amazing and so were the grounds, we had breakfast and dinner at the Villa , food from the Restaurant and also had dinner at the Restaurant twice. The food and service was really good.

"I will not stay at this hotel again, CP value I did not reach the room rate."

Breakfast is good, service is good.

Facilities are old and did not maintain. The key to our villa is wrong, shower head is broken, body lotion bottle is empty. SPA bed sheet is humid, safety box in the change room is out of order.
