El personal amable y cálido, habitación muy limpia, el área de piscina también muy bien.

En lo personal las camas no me resultaron muy cómodas,eran algo ruidosas,y el colchón algo blando, las almohadas muy bien.Había reservado cama doble pero en ese momento no había disponibilidad (he avisado que íbamos a festejar una fecha especial pero se ha pasado por alto),nos dieron una habitación mejor y vistieron las camas como dobles, pero se resbalaban y separaban,así que no hemos descansado muy bien.La nevera de la habitación apenas enfriaba.La comida del restaurante sin más y algo cara,pero si fueron muy simpáticos y hacían buenos cafés. Caro para lo que es el hotel,pero precio adecuado a Menorca.

La ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama y el trato del personal. Se agradece que después del check-out se permita usar la piscina y la ducha exterior.

El baño tiene piezas antiguas y con una altura muy baja.
