Hotel place and structure is excellent, close to amazing. Service is poor but kindness of staff is very high. Director have to solve the "breakfast problem" with big line, no disks and the same poor menu for such hotel, every day.

Stayed here last week for 7 days in one of the private bungalows, amazing clean and everything you could want a nice break. The private pool and terrace was beautiful. The staff where all great friendly and went above and beyond. The main hotel was clean and a very safe environment. The food selection was good. All in all a great hotel and will be back again.

Took a few attempts to get an iron sent to our room, also took several attempts to get fresh towels delivered. WiFi was horrible. Otherwise, the place is amazing.

the view was fantastic.Everything else was for 2 stars hotel.The bed sheets were dirty and old.The toilet was dirty .The balcony had no seats The hotel was not ready for the people .It was a terible expiriance for our family.(bothe rooms was the same bad condition).

For the amount of money spent, I was left disappointed. Our room had views of the roof tiles from the building in front. The cutlery at breakfast time had lipstick still on it. The bedsheets had marks on them and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was pretty average. The toilet seat was broken. Positives: Nice grounds, great variety for breakfast.

Hotel is about 20 min from main town. A pleasant drive, great location and outlook. View of the mountains and sea is spectacular. Excellent pool and dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet worst experience ever Check in and check out full of dramas, no sofa beds, just sofa for kids to sleep on, absolutely appalling service, in fact nonexistent. Not five star by any stretch of the imagination. No air conditioning at reception, workers lacked any customer service skills. Little to no willingness to help and understaffed.
