Was a bit far from the town, although they provide shuttle service at various times of the day , you could choose pick up or drop off location .

Comfy beds and great staff Gardens around property and wildlife like frogs were beautiful

Included breakfast was small and did not taste good. Power went out daily. Really really run down Bad location Not value for money Near mangroves and no spraying so mosquito infested.

De privé tuin met zwembad was ontzettend lekker. Het bed sliep ook goed. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Kon ook als roomservice zonder extra kosten.

Voor deze prijzen per nacht mag er zeker het één en ander gerenoveerd worden. Veel lampen die niet werkten. De handdouche van het bad kreeg je niet aan tenzij je toevallig een grote bahco mee hebt in je koffer. Nou wij niet... Het plafond in de badkamer is zo lek als een mandje. Ergens in het filtersysteem van het zwembad zit een lek want het zwembad liep leeg en maakte kabaal door lucht in het systeem.

Our private pool was cloudy and dirty. The room had no glasses or cutlery. No mosquito net in second bedroom. Restaurant meals left a lot to be desired. Room was very old and not maintained. The shower had a bad smell. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink was blocked.

The grounds were meticulously maintained. Mozzie repellant methods were provided. It is such a quiet little oasis in the middle of Sanur. Local eateries just around 8 mins away via Grab Eat.

Customer service excellent but resort needs maintenance. A group of 13 family members travelling together and staying in 4 villas/rooms with varying degrees of satisfaction. Issues experienced were no hot water, water not draining, some villas very damp and in need of repair. Jay and the team provided excellent service, offering a shuttle service into Sanur. We did arrive on a very wet day which was unfortunate. Location away from the beach and main area of Sanur.
