Room has humid smell, chipped wood on cabinets, uncomfortable beds, beard hair around sink from previous guest, rusting chrome and metal fittings and fixtures in bathroom, body wash dispenser completely out of soap. peeling wallpaper in lobby in front of elevators. Guests on the floor above us can be clearly heard while they are walking around

Nice hotel to start our vacation. The woman at the front desk was very helpful.

Overall this property was great! One elevator was broken, which did make it inconvenient a couple of times. The work out room was also a little small, making it difficult if more than one person wanted to work out.

Friendly staff and quiet. Hot tub was great and clean.

Bed was a little firm, but then that was a personal preference. The swimming pool had a decent amount of hair floating and didn't get clean the two days that we were there

There was no free breakfast. They did have a bistro they were trying to get open about 7:30.

I booked a room with two queen beds. The room I was given (426) had one queen bed and an alleged fold out sofa. The sofa was not in the room and the only existing chair did not fold out. The lady that checked me into the hotel was wrong about that.

I was billed twice

We have stayed at this hotel and in this room multiple times as it’s a handicapped accessible room. We have never had the issues we had over this last stay. The room was very dirty - there was fecal matter splashed onto the wall above the toilet and urine and feces on the toilet itself. The shower handles were disgusting and had some kind of sticky yellow substance on it. The towels were not clean at all. We found blood on the sheets as well, so decided to sleep on top of the comforter and we didn’t shower. The room was completely unsanitary. There wasn’t an attendant to help us with these issues at check-out so I wasn’t able to give feedback.
