Payer 20.- pour une place de parc intérieur afin d’être tranquille après ma sortie, mais en revenant de mon souper impossible de rentrer dans le parking plein!!! Perdre 30 minutes à chercher une place, et avoir payer pour garer le véhicule à l’intérieur pour au final 4 minutes c’est vraiment pas acceptable

Everything went well. Room was well designed and of satisfactory size. There was no noise in the halls or through the walls. Bed was good as was the lighting. Staff was helpful. Location was walking distance to the old town. We were able to to get from rail station to hotel using just one local bus. The hotel (perhaps through the city of Lausanne) provided us with free local transport passes for the duration of our stay. Even better, the hotel sent the passes to us electronically in advance of our stay so we could use them to get to the hotel when we arrived. Very thoughtful!

A kettle or coffee making facilities in room would have made the stay ideal. We did not take the hotel breakfast because what was on offer seemed skimpy for the high price.

The add on price to park was high.

Clean and well presented. Good location

Room cost quite high by comparison to other hotels on our European trip but guess that’s as it is in Switzerland
