No toiletries not even a bar of soap room smelled musty pillows flat as pancakes for $325 for 1 night I should have had toiletries at least a bar of soap

We had reservations thru expedia but did not stay...the owner showed us 3 rooms and they all looked very, very old, nasty looking, and were musty smelling. Expedia quoted us one price, i contacted motel and they quoted us $100 more, and that day looked online and price was $100 less than expedia quote. Tried contacting Expedia but could not get them online unless i downloaded an app and didnt want to do that. There was no phone # to call..did get one # from google but noone answered. We had to pay for another room elsewhere..

Location, spacious room, nice and clean bathroom.

Insufficient lights, the receptionist lady wasn't really welcoming, spider webs on the door.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Night staff failed to process my debit card which was different from the card I made my reservation with which resulted in me getting locked out of my room when I returned. He tried to process my old card which had just been replaced with a new one. Minor inconvenience but otherwise I really enjoyed my experience.

Comfy beds. Pleasant owner. Great location; it wasn't on a busy road, which I appreciated given the busy leaf-peeping season.

Found random hair (that I know didn't belong to me) in the bathroom shower and on the floor. Kinda icky when I stepped out of the shower and they were winding their way around my legs.

Safe, comfortable but we were upper level and stairs are narrow footing which is dangerous gor older people. The guest next to us came in late, loud, wild. I was awakened to multiple people being loud and them having sex! Walls too thin!!!
