"Won’t stay here again due to frequent pool issues."

Hotel in general is nice. Lobby, breakfast area, hallways, room and elevator are clean and in good up keep.

The last two times we’ve stayed here the pool has been down. This last trip 2/20-2/21 they told us the maintenance guy would be there any minute and the pool would be up within the hour. He wasn’t. Called this morning to see if it was up and running and it was still down. Staff gave the same answer: maintenance guy was on his way and pool would be up soon. You guessed it, it wasn’t….kids were very disappointed.

"Dirty and gross. Avoid!"

This hotel was disgusting. My sister had to move rooms because there was soap unwrapped/used and diapers in the bathroom. My mom‘s room had dirty sheets. The hot tub has been out for three months and there was caution tape all over the slide and this is not disclosed before check-in. Mold all over pool area. Pool area was nasty. 0/10

"Paid too much"

Marginally clean, bed uncomfortable, bathroom light not working & despite reporting twice no one even came to look at it, difficulty with temperature control, missing lightbulbs in lamps, Saturday night staff unhelpful. Cost of this hotel too high for what you get. Staff Friday& Saturday day attempted to be helpful but clearly overwhelmed by the number of issues patrons were experiencing. Breakfast set up well & delicious.
