One member of staff was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was good. Other members of staff were good and accommodating. The food was excellent. Other guests were friendly and talkative, which is usually the result of guests that are comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. Plenty of cable channels. If you don't mind the price I would recommend staying here.

One member of staff in the beginning was not accommodating and if not for my wife we would have left. The jacuzzi was only warm, the pool cool. The price was high, but not unreasonable.

The staff was kind

Everything!!!!! It was a terrible experience. We checked in online, but arrived to find there were NO clean rooms ready and no housekeeping on staff for an additional THREE hours. Then our heater/ thermostat didnt work and so even though it was set at 65° we had to turn it off and open the windows just to be comfortable. Not great when it's winter in ND. We subsequently woke up freezing. After breakfast the next morning we returned to our room only to find our key didnt work. But it wasn't a faulty key....the battery on our door had died! We had to wait for housekeeping to change batteries, reprogram the door....and it still wouldnt work. They finally found an old key that fit into the lock to let us in. Overall, a disaster experience and I will not be returning. The staff, however, worked hard and were very kind.

The receptionist was very kind and helped me find another room with two beds on the first day. The pillows are terrible; your whole neck hurts the next day. I didn't like that I had to go get clean towels every day for the four days I stayed. They didn't clean our room or take out the trash, much less provide clean towels.

Fitness room

Mold in pool room all over the walls, pool slide not in service, dirty looking pool bottom.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, pullout couch was a good option to have.

With only 1 housekeeper on staff, some other members of our group couldn’t get into their room until around 10:00 pm. Only 1 ice maker worked. $440 for 2 nights is insanely jacked up for the weekend and when I tried to cancel 1 night well in advance, it was like a penalty for a 1 night stay or something - the price only dropped to $330!!!! $330 for a single night is nuts, so I kept the second night and let the room sit open!!!

Beyond dissatisfied at our stay. The hotel is broken from the rooms to the pool and amenities. Disorganized and disheveled from the front desk to the hallways throughout the hotel.

Nothing to say cause everything where good

Location was good, very central to all the shops and interstate. The breakfast was decent.

The hot tub was closed for apparently the last 3 months which was not noted online. We booked this property for the hot tub so that was a bummer. You can also hear everything through the walls. There was people partying and singing until 2am and nothing was done. We could also hear alarms going off in other rooms…
