"Great location and staff but needs better upkeep"

Location and the diversity of the rooms catering to large families.

Definitely needs some renovations done. Elevator had no air. Property on the inside looks pretty old. Just need some tender love and care.

"Quiet and convenient "

The front desk staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. The room was clean and spacious. We utilized the gym and it had a treadmill, elliptical, bike and weights station. The breakfast had both hot and cold items. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is right behind it.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites this past weekend! The staff were very friendly and provided awesome customer service throughout my visit. The entire hotel was spotless, including the fitness facility and pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options each morning. The location is also fantastic, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

"Excellent"

The only issue we had was the bed squeaked whenever you moved it was quite noisy especially sharing with other family trying to sleep you couldn’t even roll over without the bed creaking loud. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again

When I visit my daughter and son-in-law in Spring, TX, I always stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Louetta Rd. It is only 10 minutes to their home, is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfasts are great especially the waffles that are in the shape of Texas. Great bargain for the money.

We enjoy the location, the property, and the rooms. The breakfast buffet needs more options. No sugar free syrup for waffles, no sugar free jam for toast. The eggs are pretty much inedible.

The front desk staff were awesome and the breakfast was really good.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor, the pool wasn't open and I didn't read that anywhere, and it was very hard to get pillows, towels, etc...
