"It was really disappointing. The staff did the best they could."

Location

The first day none of the room keys worked. Housekeeping had to let guests in their rooms. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The door to the room was jacked up and difficult to open/close—making an enormous amount of noise. NO forks for breakfast, day 2.

Staff was excellent; efficient, friendly and helpful in regard to dining recommendations in the area. Room was just right; comfortable and clean. Athens, GA is a charming, vibrant area. This hotel was fairly close to downtown and the University.
