"Frustrating, long check in"

I registered before arrival through booking.com. With no other customers at the desk upon arrival, it took me almost an hour to get to my room due to lack of communication between the hotel and booki mg.com. It was relatively late, and I needed to be in bed for something early the next day. Very frustrating.

"Decent Place to Stay"

Had a reservation for a King room - upon arrival was informed no Kings were available. Got a double Queen suite - was clean and on the first floor down the hall from the lobby. The hotel is about a mile away from the mall with restaurants including Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q which we tried - it was good! Breakfast at the hotel was aok. There was a problem with some of the entry doors from the parking lot - had to walk around to the front entrance to gain access in the morning. All that being said I would stay there again if I was in the area...

"Good and not so good"

The staff is very friendly at this hotel! They are very accommodating! The location is good. The breakfast was OK and that’s the highest I could give them. The coffee was always lukewarm. The limited food was like that. On occasion you might get a breakfast meat but not always. The eggs were watery and powdered and Luke warm. No toast available. The hotel is clean but slightly outdated. The heated/cooling system is not good unless you want to be warm or hot all the time. Overpriced for sure. Oh and when it snows or is icy please don’t spare the ice melt!
