Very disappointing experience. The staff were very impolite and wanted to charge an extra €20 for early check-in even though we arrived only 20 minutes earlier. We also had to provide our names and personal details through an intercom before they would allow us to enter the hotel courtyard, which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. They also refused to accept a €50 banknote because of a very small defect on one corner, which was unreasonable. The hotel itself feels old and poorly maintained. The furniture is outdated, the walls were dirty, and both the bathroom and toilet looked old and unclean. Breakfast was very basic and below expectations. The only positive point is that it starts early at 6:30 AM, which can be convenient for travelers.
