Apartment was very nice. Only negative would be that there was not enough space for clothes. I was only there for 4 nights so not that I really needed much more space on this occasion. Would benefit from a chest of drawers more than a table in the bedroom. Perfect location and great pool areas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was expensive and had to be aid for and we thought it should be a free service.

Very helpful reception staff and maintenance staff . Secure and quiet . Gardens well kept . pool cold but maybe wrong time of year . Acclimatized pool would be nice but maybe that would push the price up. Nice refurbishment done on the apartments . Laundry facility useful . Very good value . will go again .

We booked a 1 bed appartement for 5 days before xmas.

Clean apartment, nice staff and 15 minutes walk from the center. Happy hour 2-4-1 4-5:30. Amazing value for price. Tennis court good but maybe some new rackets would be helpful. Pool not heated as most places in the canaries.

Very clean and tidy. Simple self catering apartment but well kitted out. Excellent value for money. Always managed to find a parking space close by. Down side was that I had to repeatedly ask at the reception to activate the outdoor lighting. Seamed like they were on a power saving exercise but I felt that this was at the safety of the guests. Wifi was an extra?? (Who does that these days) Apart from that I had a very nice stay at a very modern looking hotel at a very reasonable price. Thanks

We stayed in a 1 bed vanity unit. Clean, spacious, fresh, modern decor. Simply furnished. Excellent shower. Kitchenette enough for basic catering. 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds and space to lie out without feeling crowded. Gardens attractive and well maintained. Next door to a good shopping centre with plenty of restaurants and bars, 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to main street, 20 mins to town centre. But also pretty quiet. So lots of positives, and we’d happily come back. However, the description of the rooms needs tightening up. There are 3 price levels, but all have same description and photos, specifically including ‘balcony’. But we were given a ground floor apartment. I spoke to the manager and next day moved to an apartment with a balcony. The manager said that rooms either have terrace (ground floor) or balcony (first floor). Most of the terraces looked fine, but ours was right on the corner of a main walkway and completely open. A minor point- the gym is tiny, and not well equipped. A few simple changes would make a big difference.

Good location. Good size suite. Pool and gardens very pleasant. Room overall had a nice feel but had some minor maintenance issues and shower went cold too quickly. Lighting needs sorting as reliant on bedside lamps. Room could have had coffee and tea provision, especially for late arrivals.
