I think the charge for the parking is insane $20 just to park on the property. That’s price gouging when it could at least be $10 come on now but other than that everything else was magnificent

The room itself was really nice the setting and amenities…. But there was something in there was an overwhelming smell of dogs🐕 🐕 being in the room. It was hard to distinguish if it was from the linen covering or carpet. It was really bad had to keep the air conditioning really cold🥶 to contain the smell for some sort of comfort because the hotel was booked due to a concert and some type of children’s event. Even though the hotel is pet friendly there should be rooms strictly and only for pets🐕🐕‍🦺

This was an amazing experience. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and the rooms were clean and very inviting. Destiny the breakfast host, showed us real Jacksonville hospitality. She was extremely helpful and really gave me and my friends a great experience. I will truly come back again especially to enjoy the breakfast spread Destiny and the staff laid out for the guest. Keep up the good work

I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Downtown Southbank! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I especially want to highlight Destiny for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, and their friendly attitude truly made me feel at home.
