Booked a week here with my husband and son - we leave tomorrow! It is genuinely a fabulous resort. Like every place you stay there are things that could make it better but if you go self catering for a reasonably priced break you cannot ask for more. Positives Loads of sunbeds and didn’t have a problem getting 3 together in late June and they are very comfortable. We had a Bungalow Plus, room 194 the setting is quiet and a little away from the pools but nothing is very far. Pools to suit everyone, we preferred the deep quiet one but there is a busy one which is shallower. Bungalows very clean, spacious, comfortable bed (not the pillows though), comfortable sofa bed, power shower (best we’ve ever had on holiday), everything you need and cleaned daily. Brilliant cleaning service with fresh towels when you need them Beautiful gardens very well maintained We have managed to get a late checkout for €29 which is great. Staff very friendly and helpful On site mini market for basics, supermarket about 10 mins walk away Great restaurant Broncemar 2 in the old shopping complex next to the supermarket - amazing food on your doorstep. Free shuttle bus to the beach or Playa Del Ingles. Negatives We arrived late and there is nowhere to buy water or food after 10pm. Supermarket open until 10, Broncemar until 10.30. Location good between Maspalomas and Playa Del Ingles, but bring comfy shoes or get a cab as it’s 40 mins walk away walk to the centre of Maspalomas or 25 mins to the Yumbo centre in Playa Del Ingles Pillows as mentioned - but there are spare in the cupboard for the sofa bed which are soft. Minor grumbles and just FYI really Good and drink much cheaper in Playa Del Ingles and so friendly as it is the heart of the gay scene. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sítio calmo, óptimo para famílias e uma ótima piscina. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

Para o estilo que possui, poderia haver mais uma animação para as pessoas. Durante o dia podia haver música ambiente para quem está na piscina e na esplanada e durante a noite mais música ao vivo para as pessoas passarem um bom serão.

Todo,es la segunda vez que me hospedo alli y amenazo con volver!! Nos vemos pronto.

Su ubicación, sus piscinas y checkin rápido

Dicen que lo limpian todos los días excepto jueves y domingo pero por lo menos en nuestro caso no fue así, solo hacían las camas no pasaban ni la escoba por las habitaciones, incluso el último día nos aparecieron dos cucarachas. Su bufet nos pareció bastante caro (15 aprox el desayuno) por la calidad de la comida y su escasez.

El trato recibido
