"Would stay again"

Bed, pillows, and towels were great! Lighting around mirror for getting ready sucked. TV was good channels were ish. Tried to get several that were listed in the book in the room was unable to get them. If you like coffee in your room you have to ask for more regular coffee you get 1 decaf and I regular. 2 floors no elevator, they did change our room to the first floor which was good. Only one cart available to use.

"Superb"

Clean and comfortable.

There were no drawers in the room, just cubby holes. We were there for 3 days and felt light there was no place to unpack.

Great place for a stay in Carroll Iowa. The rooms were clean. The hotel was maintained well and the hotel breakfast was actually pretty good. The frozen omelette were good and the eating area was pleasant.

Pool bottom seemed like it was dirty. Green stuff on the bottom of it. Felt slimy after getting in/out of the spa.

"Nice comfortable place to stay in Carroll"

We stayed for a night due to a family occasion in town. Premises was very clean. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. An occasional passing train might keep you awake however. Breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Eggs were good and the dining area inviting. We could stay again

The location was great and room was comfy.

The Wifi kept cutting out - need a better connection in the rooms. The breakfast was OK, but there were only 4 tables that needed to be wiped on a regular basis because they were stick.
