"Wish I would have been aware that there was NO ELEVATOR!! I would NOT have stayed there had I known!"

The ro was comfortable

I was shocked and not happy that there was NO ELEVATOR!! We had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs! A family member in another room was elderly using a cane and also had to climb stairs instead of using an elevator. I would have chosen another motel if I would have known that. Also not enough towels, etc for 3 people. So so breakfast with not a lot of options.

Check in was really simple. I have a service dog with me and the woman checking me I was polite and welcomed her as much as she welcomed my human family. The areas are very clean and all the workers was very nice and accommodating

It was convenient and close to a lot of resources like gas, grocery, coffee, etc.

The room was gross. When we entered the room, the refrigerator didn’t work and was leaking water on the floor. The staff stuck a towel in it to soak up the water but never cleaned up the mess. There were also a lot of bugs (flies and ladybugs) buzzing around the room.
