The king room was pleasant and fairly large and it was helpful that it included a small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and spacious with some shelving to store toiletries. All very workable.

It was hard to get housekeeping to provide some basic help, even though the hotel made clear that housekeeping every other day was their policy. We stayed four nights (Dec 25-29) and we called the front desk on the third morning to request some new towels and to have the garbage removed. We did find a bag of towels outside our door later that day, but no one came in to empty the garbage. By the time we discovered this, it was annoying but felt like a hassle to keep pushing for the garbage to be emptied (we figured they would return the next day). In end effect, we just gave up (our choice) and the result was that housekeeping did not clean during our entire stay - but at least we had enough towels and the garbage cans didn’t overflow.

Quite location easy check in and out. No problem having to shorten my stay. Hotel was worth the price
