Nice room and view

I left with the feeling of smoking in every outdoor area. At the balcony in the restaurant we enjoyed the view and the fresh cigarette smoke. It was full of smokers even in the beach. It is impressive that the hotel cannot bring regulation for smoking areas and everyone can smoke everywhere. I regret to pay that much for a luxurious hotel which has rules of a 3star hotel. Outdoor areas should be also enjoyable for nonsmokers, if you don't mind. Thanks.

This was our second stay at Porto Carras, and it was even better than the first. The hotel itself is wonderful, but what truly made this visit special were the two singers, Elina and Bogdana. Their warmth, talent, and genuine kindness created unforgettable memories for our kid. Our five-year-old son absolutely adored them, and Elina made his birthday extra special with a wonderful surprise that brought him so much joy.

La ubicación, la playa, la piscina, las vistas de la habitación y la cama que es muy cómoda!

Mientras todo el personal era muy amable, el chico de las toallas de la piscina no tanto...la primera tarde no me quería dar 3 toallas diciendo que estaban cerrados pero acababa de dar toallas a otra persona. Al final me dio 1 solo para mi bebé de 10 meses y mi marido y yo nos quedamos sin toalla...

Beach is really nice, the rooom is great and the staff are very friendly

Elevators are too slow and they need to have more food choices, I was eating the same food every day…
