My experience staying at the hotel was not good. When I arrived at the hotel, the bellboy service was also unavailable. We had to find the room on our own as well. I did not get extra checkout time. Before arriving, I had called and spoken to the hotel property, and they had told me extra checkout time would be available. Now suddenly, they said after arriving that it’s not possible. Actually, I had to go to Dubai, and because of this, I had to sit at the airport for 4 extra hours. My experience was not good. The hotel staff refused to give extra checkout time. After this experience, I will never stay in this property again.

Rooms were spotlessly clean almost to a fault. House keeping was quick to respond to requests. Room service was prompt. An excellent Hotel for Vegetarians and some Non Vegetarians who can survive on pure vegetarian fare. Breakfast had ample choices and the spread was undoubtedly excellent quality.

Very disappointing experience – not what I expected from the Radisson name I had one of the worst hotel experiences during my stay in New Delhi. The hotel staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, especially at the reception. The breakfast was strictly vegetarian, with no basic non-vegetarian options at all, not even boiled eggs. This was never clearly communicated in advance. When I asked for a refund for the breakfast, the reception refused and stated there is no refund policy, despite the service not meeting reasonable expectations. I fully respect cultures, traditions, and dietary preferences. However, guests should not be forced into a specific diet, especially in an international hotel carrying a global brand like Radisson Hotel Group. Transparency is the minimum expectation. There was also loud noise from wedding events every day, which made it impossible to rest properly. On top of that, there was a strong and unpleasant smell outside the hotel daily, adding to the discomfort. Overall, this was a very poor experience and honestly the worst two days of my trip. This hotel does not reflect the standards or service quality I associate with the Radisson name. I would not recommend staying here.
