Great buffet

1.Lack of necessary items, like toilet roll, footwear’s, tea making items,cutlery, iron, iron board. We need to call many times to get these basic items. 2. The behaviour of front desk at the time of check out is so lengthy and irresponsible, we were served by 3 different staff at the check out counter and taking too long to finish around 45 minutes.
