Hotel Ratnawali

This hotel is exquisite, full of charm and calm. The rooms are of a decent size, clean, comfortable, and carrying the elegance of a palace. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of busy markets, restaurants, and essential facilities. The staff are welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful, and the security guard at the entrance is a true gentleman who is always ready to assist. The breakfast is also satisfactory.

Goede prijs voor het hotel. Het restaurant is voor diner erg fijn.

We kregen kamer 116 die mooi leek maar er bleek iets veel herrie te maken achter de muur zat dat we een andere kamer wilden en kregen die was wel fijn. Er wordt op dit moment ook gebouwd naast het hotel. Een hijskraan maakte ons wakker om 04.30 Verder was het continentaal ontbijt erg mager.

Bed a bit hard

Wir haben das Hotel nur wenige Minuten vor unserer Ankunft gebucht und trotzdem ein kleines Zimmerupgrate bekommen. Unser Zimmer war also sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung war super, auch das Badezimmer war sehr modern. Das Frühstück gab es in Buffetform und beinhaltete eine gute Auswahl leckerer Gerichte. Wir würden das Hotel jedem empfehlen!

The room was big and with a comfortable bed, a lot of light. Staff always available and nice. Quiet location.

WiFi very slow, not working for everything. The bathroom needs some maintenance. Breakfast could be improved in western options.

אנשים נחמדים, הריח במסעדה לא היה משהו. ארוחת בוקר דלילה מאד המיקום לא משהו. מחא בצרצרים שנכנסים בלילה מהחלונות.

Lovely Hotel in a great quiet but central location. Very clean and nicely done inside, our room was big and we had a very nice balcony to sit out. Good value for a higher end Hotel. Quiet at night but very quick to walk/travel to restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the food at breakfast was all good with attentive staff. If you want a nicer hotel in a central area but one where you can escape the Chaos then totally recommend this Hotel.

The Wifi in our room was a bit variable but didn’t overly affect our stay. Maybe they need to fit some signal boosters?!
