• Please note the Cape Town Marriott Hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment of guest rooms. The 5th and 6th floors are under construction at the moment. • The refurbishment will take place until 31 October 2022 and resume on 1 April 2023 • The hotel will have 90 newly renovated rooms this year and the remaining 90 rooms will be done in 2023. 1- الشاور مكشوف بالكامل ولا عندهم مجال لتغطيته، ليس بالضرورة كل العملاء سيكونون ازواج 2- تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء في المحادثة عن طريق بوكنق اربع مرات وفي كل مرة يؤكد لي طلبي برغبتي في غرفة عائلة وفي احد المرات قام بالرد علي بطريقة غير مؤدبه وفيها تهكم وفالاخير لما وصلت اكتشفت ان الطلب ما تلبى بسبب اهماله يعني لا هو الي احترمني ولا هو الي رتب لنا الحجز ولولا هالمشكلة والا الاوتيل يستاهل 10 بس نزلت التقييم ل8 بسببه
