"Nice refurbished hotel at reasonable rates"

The Oasis is an older hotel that has undergone a lot of updates over the past several years. Staff is always helpful. The hotel is located on a less busy road (ie not on Harvey Street) and therefore not as noisy. Good grocery store across the street and fast food and other restaurants nearby. NO SMOKING on property is EXCELLENT

We were there for only one night - I should have reported upon checking out that the toilet in room 115 is extremely wobbly. The blinds in the room are very nice - unfortunately they are not black out - fine during the winter but result in a poorer sleep because of the the long days in the summer

Booked in for 2 nights, staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Had a lovely well maintained heated outdoor swimming pool. Bed very comfortable. Lovely stay, would stay there again in the future. Highly recommended.
