The young ladie at the reception when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon was absolutely lovely, professional and helpful. The apartment was very spacious.

The housekeeping needs to be done more properly. We were sneezing a lot because of all the dust on every furniture, tables, lamps, TV remotes even.. We could see all the dust.. Also, the laundry floor was still full of sand.. The mattress in the ensuite needs remplacement. When we were just sitting on the bed, the mattress was too soft.. It is very unfortunate because the apartment have been renovated nicely.

I have stayed in Room 1102 before. The fanlight in the lounge did not work then, and still doesn't. It's an inconvenience. Also, I do not like the required on-line check-in. Why isn't there the option of a paper check-in on arrival? After all, there are still a few people around who are not comfortable with smart phones!!
