The close vicinity to the beach and entertainment strip.

The main bedroom light/ fan was very loose and loud with no light fitting, mould in the unsuited shower recess. The oven door didn't seal as the rubber seal wasn't sticking. The glass looking onto the beach was so dirty you couldn't see through the glass. The apartment is old and tired and needs a complete make over to justify the cost of the accommodation. Won't be staying again.

The view was amazing. Beautiful staff at reception. Big and comfortable apartment. One of the few apartments in the Gold Coast with free underground parking. The location is very convenient. Was away from all the busy streets but very short walking distance to beach and Cavill. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Will be staying here again!

The flooring in the bathroom was peeling resulting in paint constantly being all over our feet and throughout the apartment. However this wasn’t a major issue.

L’emplacement de la résidence était très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi.

L’appartement est peu vieillot. Concernant l’équipement, il manquait un aspirateur, une machine à café et il n’y avait pas assez de vaisselle. Nous avons constaté que la plaque de cuisson était obsolète.
