Hotel was beautifully decorated, staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast the morning of checking out was a lovely touch when we were leaving so early. Pool area and rooms were stunning and spacious. Entertainment of an evening was great and gorgeous private beach area.

There was not a great selection of food especially throughout the day, although what they did have was lovely.

The beach is truly paradisiacal — absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of the stay. The family room was simple but comfortable, which met our basic needs.

the service at reception was particularly poor and consistently disappointing. The staff often seemed unwilling to help or lacked the initiative expected at a resort of this level. For example, I requested a late checkout of just 20 minutes and was immediately denied without any attempt to check availability. On another occasion, I needed assistance contacting a pharmacy, as there are none within walking distance, and the staff showed very little interest in helping. It was only after I researched and provided a phone number myself that they agreed to call. This lack of support and proactive service is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort. There was also a noticeable lack of organization and communication. Upon arrival at night, no explanation was given about how the hotel operates. The next day, when we went to the beach, we had to walk back to reception (around 150 meters) to get towels — only to find that none were available at the time, forcing us to wait until some could be found. When ordering water at the bar, we were again told to return to reception to receive refillable bottles. Even booking the complimentary boat to the island required four separate trips to reception before it was finally confirmed. While the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, the food quality itself was extremely basic and did not meet expectations given the price paid. The hotel, overall, feels overpriced for what it offers. Additionally, the beach cleanliness was lacking — used glass cups from the previous day were left unattended, and no staff seemed to come by to clean them up. Overall, while the location is beautiful, the poor reception service, food quality, and unnecessary bureaucracy significantly impacted our experience. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I would not return to this hotel.

Property location is great. Beach front is best from surrounding hotel chains.

1. Couldn’t locate the charging points for devices so we opted to unplug bedside lamps. 2. TV channels only limited to 5/6. 3. Staff quality is beyond poor. No consistency in service provision. People who speak French get helped ahead of you irrespective of whether you came before them or not. Disappointing all round. We asked for water during dinner on the one night and finished our dinner & dessert without water. 4. Property never has ice for some odd reason. 5. Only 1 bartender stationed at the bar. 5 people ahead of you in line, the first ordering 3 different drinks. Kingdom shall come before you’re attended to. 6. Upon checkout when we offered our 2 cents on areas for improvement, Princy/ staff was so unbothered about it.

Мы приехали во «все включено» и сразу отправились на обед. Обед длился 30 минут. Не было еды вообще. Только маленький стол, на котором были рис и не дожаренная рыба, и морковь. Все, больше ничего. Есть просто нечего. В итоге взяли в пляжном кафе рис с курицей. Никакого разнообразия. Коктейли сплошная вода, не вкусные, алкоголя мало, не чувствуется даже вкус. Номер грязный - ползают гигантские тараканы. На балконе ужасно грязный диван и стол. Даже неприятно сидеть. Отель очень старый, не отремонтирован. Грязные полотенца. Все старое и «убитое» временем. Находиться в таком отеле за немаленькую сумму нам не хотелось и мы уехали, не пробыв там и трех часов. Не рекомендую. За те же деньги на Маврикии есть места гораздо лучше. Рядом с отелем нет никаких кафе в пешей доступности, чтобы хотя бы поесть. Остались крайне недовольны пребыванием.

Ambiente curato molto tendenza, piacevole giardino tropicale con piscina linda e ben tenuta. Free shuttle all’isola dei Cervi che fa la differenza. Staff premuroso e disponibile . Vishal alla reception molto efficiente e cortese, fa la differenza nel rendere il soggiorno il più godibile possibile. Ristorante con valida cucina , buona varietà, personale attento.
