Der Strand und die Anlage sind sehr schön.

Das Hotel hatte einen Magen-Darm Keim (EPEC) und einen Parasit (cryptosporidium) als wir da waren, und das schon seit mehrere Wochen. Leider wurden die ankommenden Gästen nicht gewarnt und das Hotel nicht geschlossen. Das gesamte Hotel war krank, teilweise mit Arztbesuche, Krankenhausaufenthalte und Familie mit Babys die nach Hause zurück geflogen werden mussten. Das Hotel hat so getan als wäre alles in Ordnung. Viele Gästen wurden nach Tagen auf andere Hotels gebucht. Sehr intransparente Kommunikation und man fühlt sich hilflos. Der Traum Urlaub und Erholung war es auf gar keinen Fall. Wir waren noch lange krank. Eine Kompensation über das Hotel oder über booking ist nicht erfolgt. Andere Gäste die über einen Reisebüro gebucht haben wurden kompensiert. Das ist ein großer minus von booking.com

We enjoyed every moment it was not extreme luxury but it had everything you need on a family vacation, the staff is sooo friendly.

The outdoor / garden/ hammock / lobby were lovely. The staff was nice.

The room is quiet disappointed, It had a strong smell of dampness and was poorly insulated ,we could hear both neighbors and staff conversations very clearly. The beds were uncomfortable, and we woke up each morning with back pain due to poor sleep quality. The air conditioning was noisy and initially didn’t work because of dead batteries, we asked for new ones but nothing has been done. The bathroom also needs improvement: the sink is very small and drains very slowly. The shower has no curtain, so water ends up all over the floor, and the hot/cold controls are reversed ,plus, you have to wait about 10 minutes to get hot water

The staff was helpful making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, especially Vinesh and Princiss
