It was full. They did not have my booking. So the manager walked me to another hotel.

very rude and unprofessional front desk staff, I'm referring to the lady wearing traditional headscarf (hijab). she is the rudest front desk I have ever seen in my life. and she is the regular staff here. I went to front desk to ask a very general and simple question about my reservation while she was on the phone. she saw me and she continued to chat on the phone. I waited for her for 3 minutes for her to hung up. she immediately showed me black face as if I was interrupting her chatting. no greeting or whatever. she literally just stared at me. I asked her 3 questions, in less than 1 min. then she went back to making calls, totally ignoring me, made me stand in front of her.. this is how they treat their guests. I have never seen such rude front desk in any hotel around the world.

The place is quite comfortable and clean, and the staff exceptionally kind
