Laute Durchgangsstrasse. Zu weit weg vom Zentrum mit Restaurants, usw.

"un petit séjour au lac d Iseo"

les chambres sont grandes confortables mais éviter à tout prix celles du 1er étage : aucune vue ni sur le lac ni sur le jardin les piscines très bien le personnel avenant mais 1 seule personne parle un peu le français ou l'allemand un plus pour le parking au sous-sol

le restaurant : très décevant on n'est pas dans un 4* loin de là. je dirai 0*.Les 2 cartes de menu proposées 'thai et italienne" sont très basiques, restreintes, pour un certain coût quand même, ne changent pas au fil de jours. Sur la carte dite italienne aucun plat typique du pays ! quel dommage. En moyenne 8 à 10 personnes y dinaient lors de notre séjour. démoralisant ! et très significatif ! Nous-mêmes avons fini par aller diner dans les villes voisines - les pâtes, risottos, gelati... et l'ambiance italienne : quel plaisir

"Put a single able bodied person in a disabled room - crazy"

Location, cleanliness, staff very good

Disability room : Impossible for anyone under 1.75m to sit on the toilet with feet on the floor as it’s ’half way up the wall’….absolutely crazy for a disabled room. Needs looking at but nobody interested.
