I had booked the family room, the most expensive room in the whole damn place and it came with a broken spa bath, a couch that was like sitting on quicksand, a chair facing the wall, two doubled wired together and a kitchen that lacks salt pepper or oil, so it's pretty much just for chicken nuggets. 2-3 days business days because "the machine controls it" is a dumb excuse for customer service and just because you didn't advertise a broken spabath, doesn't mean you didn't sell me one.

The staff were helpful. I booked an extra bed when booking and this was not in the room when we arrived, so I then had to go and ask for it to be bought to the room for our young daughter, in time for her to go to bed. The pillows were extremely flat. But everything else was great thanks. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were wonderful

The pillows are very flat and could do with an upgrade, a little flat for a good sleep
