The customer service was excellent - a very friendly and accommodating staff! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a nice selection of foods and beverages, as well as attentive and friendly service by the staff. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and newly renovated.

There was no elevator, which was a challenge to carry a heavy suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. There was no air conditioning, which was only a negative because it was unusually hot during my stay. They did provide a fan, which kept the room comfortable and adds to my highly rated review of the property and staff.

Die Nähe zum Theater ist mir wichtig: die "City" mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Natürlich stören die vielen Baustellen - aber das wird sich ja hoffentlich einmal ändern!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Lübeck, Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar. Busse ebenfalls. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker, die Matratze weder zu hart noch zu fest und nicht durchgelegen.
