Manchmal ist es praktisch, wenn jeder seinen eigenen Schlüssel für das Zimmer hat. Standardmäßig bekommt man jedenfall nur einen.

Uitstekend en prachtig ingericht hotel in de Altstadt, waar de kamers de namen dragen van beroemde schrijvers. Zeer verzorgd, met veel oog voor detail. Alles wat je in de Altstadt wil doen is op loopafstand. Ik was vroeg, maar mijn kamer was al gereed om in te kunnen checken. Een grote aanrader.

"Bad ever. Really no recommend."

​Worst experience ever. Absolutely do not stay here! ​I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel. I had an important morning meeting and needed urgent help because the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Instead of helping me solve the issue, the staff member completely dismissed my problem, insisting that it was a fault with my phone and laptop. ​We essentially ended up in an argument, while he just stood there with a fake smile on his face, repeatedly blaming my devices without offering a single solution. The lack of professionalism and the passive-aggressive attitude were infuriating. Avoid this place if you need reliable internet or basic customer service!
